This picture is a biscuit topping with extra sugar added when mixing.
The cake topping is more of a complete cover. To get this appearance take a large spoon and run it around the edge and it
will pull some of the fruit up to the top. Also stick the spoon in the middle area, twist and lift at the same time, and
you will get the same effect in the middle.
